Euformatics and BC Platforms are to deliver the Public Health Genomics Program at Monash University a system to develop and improve methods for storing, retrieving, organising and analysing genomic and clinical data. The program is to tackle an ambitious range of epidemiological, clinical and genetic research questions requiring analysing data sets of increasing size and scale in coming years. Euformatics will deliver its omnomicsNGS software for variant interpretation together with BC Platforms’ BC|GENOME system for genomics statistical analysis and BC|SAFEBOX for safe data sharing.
